This sailboat involved new design challenges. The graphics are based on a white background, which helps integrate the hull below the flotation line. The graphics are conceived to affect hull and sail performance as little as possible. 

No graphics were painted on the hull sternside in order to “avoid a contact zone.” We ensure the fit with the trailer so that the graphics are not damaged in moves by truck. We also achieved an incredible hull-sail-cockpit continuity in the graphics and lastly, we innovated using only the contours of the words Mitsubishi Motors on the mainsail.
